City Museum Dear Mrs.Cassilly September 24,1999 Thank you for your generosity. Janette and I do appreciate your having us out for the opening of Revelation Revealed. I learned a lot even about myself. The painting seens like a dream to me. The hanging is great and I am proud the borders are on that makes the appearance complete. Thank you again for showing it. To my know-ledge,this is the largest painting of Revelation in the world. The test of time is about to happen. Revelation has been in print for 1900 years in some form in some place and wide spread for the last 400years,yet it seems a mystery to American artist to paint. The protestant church forbid art as immagery,I have been so shak-en by faith in doctrine until I feel insecure with modern tradit-ion. I paint my soul and pray God to guide me for tomorrow. This show will make an everlasting mark to the witness of this script-ure revealed in art form in the heart of America. There is a pur-pose higher and greater than either of us realize. Children like my art and children are the highway to the future. Prophecy here is revealed that fit our time. I expect great things to develope from this show. My life is committed to a revelation for all. Your miracle museum is a blessing to the nation. In the true sense of visionary,I would say it is the greatest. There is a place for this in the future. There is coming a time and it is now that a nation will look to you for help. America is sick and dying with the dollar sign as an obstacle in our eye. I paint a wide variety of ills I see as fatal to health and the future. My work is more than just art,I feel and see a renewed earth. Your recycling suits me fine. I am so proud to know you. Paint a little and say a lot, share a little and cheer a heart, write a little a be a part, give a little and see a lot. The world is a wonder. The earth is forever. My mission is to teach in this wonderful world of art for safe food and water, for shelter for the homeless, for healing of the sick in body and mind. Art has a message and that is its real beauty. The power of the brush takes me away on a journey to envision the world with all its resources available. The brush has peace and joy stronger than a cannon. I see tomorrow as though it were today. The day of grace is ending. By coincidence I found an article in the St.Louis newspaper about people expecting the endtime in the 1800's. It mentioned Dr.Carol Crown as studying murals made back then. Christians were told to watch, wait and expect the coming of the Lord at any time. I found this here in the Greenville S.C. Library before the show. May I request a general letter from your museum stating the re-sults of the show so for and how you view the painting overall? Sincerely William Thompson.106 Dupont Drive,Greenville,South Carolina 29607 Las Vegas Art Museum 26 Sept.99 Dr.Jim Mann Dear Jim Thank you for the copy of the Chagall show writeup. They say my work is most like Chagall. I saw 3 small pictures in a fine gall-ery in New Orleans of Chagall at $25,000 each. It looked like he only made 5 strokes to make each painting. Marc Chagall is said to have painted with dream like quality and a rich imagination,he is said to have transformed common place things into an illogical and enchanted world of his own. I am inspired by the description of him and his art. I would like to see more of his work in time. (It got misplaced here before I had time to read it) I really need the article done for Raw Visions and the letter to describe my work for whom it may concern in the European museums. The opening went really well in St.Louis. People are moved by this Revelation art. The new borders look wonderful and it hangs so very well in beautiful huge circles like a wall from the ceil-ing by thin wire on a inch steel rod which the eyelets attach. I hope your show goes well. Sincerely William Thompson Thompson buys a town,a 10 acre town in West Texas called Lobo. A township that is on the map with a motel with swimming pool,serv-ice station,a dozen houses, commercial buildings and 2 deep wells. Dear Mr.and Mrs Collins Sept.28,1999 I know it is painful to think about selling your clinic. My only interest is to school people in good health by teaching the right foods and minerals with safe water to drink and bathe in. I would like to learn from and carry on the practice of Mr. Collins and expand it somewhat in terms of safe foods to give people the opt-ion to eat right and education of what is right including myself. I would like to purchase your place if and when you decide, please give me notice and a chance at it first. I do hope you will not list it with any real estate agent as that would complicate the sale or purchase as far as I am concerned. I like what is going on there very much and see no need to change anything. I would like to leave it in the same trust and operate it as a non-profit. Would the deal be good still that you offered me when I was there? The person that told me it may be for sale though the price was $65,000,Was it ever offered for that amount? I hope to get back out there soon and look at other property to get a better idea of what is available but I like the healing concept as being so near to what I had in mind to do for people. Until bad eating habits are broken and the people understand by seeing it,they will not change to health and a better life. Thank you for your consideration.
